- Provide White Glove support to C-Suite executives.
- Support M365, Windows Server environments, including full server installation projects.
- Create and manage Active Directory environments in Azure.
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise network environments
- Diagnose and resolve advanced network problems
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure and networking issues.
