Main Responsibilities
Seeking a professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in security and network administration within organizations of 1,000+ employees. Role focuses on security operations and execution: implementing technical controls, remediation actions, and maintaining hybrid infrastructure (Azure/AWS/On-Prem).
Security
- Identity & Cloud: Entra ID (CA, MFA, PIM), Azure, AWS security (CSPM), email security gateway, NAC, Microsoft Defender XDR
- Endpoint Hardening: CIS baselines for Windows/macOS/Linux, EDR, endpoint isolation
- Vulnerability Management: vulnerability scanning
Network
- Configure and maintain Firewalls, Switches, Routers, IPsec VPNs
- Segmentation, monitoring, high availability

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience (Security + Network)
- Experience in companies with 1,000+ employees
- Proven hands-on experience: Entra ID, Defender XDR, EDR, Azure/AWS, CSPM, NAC, Firewalls
- Hardening Windows/macOS/Linux
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to respond to security events outside business hours
- Location - Europe or India
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications (CCSP, CISSP)
- Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments
- Experience with global or multi-region infrastructures
