Job Description
We're hiring a skilled WordPress Developer on a part-time basis (4 hours per day) to build, maintain, and scale web properties across our growing portfolio of brands. You'll own the technical side of our web presence — from custom theme development to third-party integrations — and work closely with our design, marketing, and strategy teams to ship fast and ship right.
This role starts part-time, but for the right person, it's a clear path to a full-time position. We'd rather grow someone who's the right fit than hire fast and settle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, solves problems before they escalate, and takes genuine pride in clean, performant builds.
What You'll Do
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress sites across multiple brands and client accounts
- Optimize for performance, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and on-page SEO
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugins, themes, hosting, and site configuration
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and other third-party tools
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Maintain code standards, documentation, and version control best practices
