About the Opportunity

Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Engineer to join their forward-thinking team in Fargo, ND. This role focuses on the design, analysis, and certification of advanced aircraft medical solutions—offering the opportunity to solve real-world aviation challenges that directly impact lives.


You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through release, working both independently and collaboratively to deliver innovative, certifiable solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of parts and assemblies from initial concept through final release.
  • Perform structural stress analysis to support STC certification and produce supporting documentation.
  • Identify and resolve complex, undefined engineering challenges with practical, certifiable solutions.
  • Develop detailed engineering documentation and assembly instructions for manufacturing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs perform effectively in real-world aircraft applications.
  • Partner with customers and field service teams to improve product performance and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


Preferred:

  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor.
  • Background in aircraft systems, aviation products, or aerospace manufacturing.
