This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Category & Marketing Analyst - B2C in Ireland.

This role sits at the intersection of category growth, marketing execution, and commercial analytics, supporting the scaling of a fast-moving multi-category marketplace across multiple European markets. You will transform demand-side insights, pricing signals, and performance data into actionable recommendations that directly influence growth decisions. Acting as a key connector between marketing, supply, and category teams, you will ensure alignment across priorities, campaigns, and commercial execution. The role is highly operational and analytical, requiring someone who can move between strategy and execution with ease. You will also own the end-to-end execution of promotional mechanics such as voucher campaigns while continuously optimizing performance and ROI. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly shape category expansion, campaign efficiency, and marketplace performance. Accountabilities

  • Support multi-category growth by turning demand signals, pricing data, and user behavior insights into actionable growth recommendations.
  • Own and execute promotional campaigns end-to-end, including voucher setup, monitoring, optimization, and ROI tracking.
  • Align marketing and supply-side teams by consolidating forecasts, stock availability, pricing inputs, and performance priorities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of brand and partner campaigns by maintaining KPI tracking and data readiness.
  • Translate category strategies into performance marketing execution across channels such as Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates.
  • Build dashboards, tools, and documentation to improve operational efficiency and enable self-serve reporting across teams.
  • Identify automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and scale operational workflows.
  • Support cross-functional business reviews with clear insights and structured analysis.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, category management, marketing operations, performance marketing, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing parallel workstreams in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong with excellent execution discipline.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, supply, and commercial teams.
