Head of Marketing

You will take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across both digital and traditional channels, driving customer growth, increasing engagement and improving revenue performance. This is a leadership role, but it also requires someone who is happy being hands-on and close to execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth - end to end.
• Managing campaigns across digital, retail, radio, social media and other customer touchpoints
• Using customer data and analytics to optimise marketing performance and improve ROI

• Leveraging AI tools and technology to create smarter, more scalable marketing processes

• Proven marketing leadership experience within iGaming, gaming, betting or highly regulated consumer sectors - at least 5+ years.
