We are seeking a powerhouse IAM Engineer with deep experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and PowerShell automation to join an established, high-performing engineering team.
This is a hands-on engineering role in a mature IAM environment where automation is a core priority. The team is focused on building scalable solutions to eliminate manual identity operations through PowerShell-based automation frameworks (“redibots”).

- Contribute to and enhance automation frameworks (“redibots”) to reduce manual IAM work
- Integrate automation with SailPoint IIQ workflows, Active Directory, and enterprise systems
- Automate identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, remediation, account cleanup)
- Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with a strong team of engineers to continuously improve IAM automation
- Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues across integrated systems
- Drive reduction in ticket volume through intelligent automation
