We are hiring a full-time Onboarding Specialist to support a fast-growing AI company that
helps real estate agents and other businesses automate follow-ups with their leads. This role is
focused on getting new clients set up, trained, and actively using the platform. You’ll work
directly with customers who are often not highly technical, guiding them through onboarding,
customizing their AI workflows, and ensuring they see value quickly. This is a hands-on role that
blends onboarding, customer support, and light technical setup. You should be comfortable
working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and AI tools, while also communicating clearly and patiently
with clients. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING. Hours: 9am–7pm CST.
Key Responsibilities:
Run onboarding calls with new clients, walking them through setup and initial use of the
platform
Help clients organize and upload leads, including structuring spreadsheets and CRM data

Customize AI prompts and follow-up sequences based on each client’s business and sales
cadence
Follow up with both new and existing clients to ensure adoption and continued usage
Provide ongoing support via email, calls, and messaging
Hold bi-weekly check-ins with clients to review performance and answer questions
Review AI-generated reports on lead follow-up and help clients interpret results
Identify issues, bugs, or inefficiencies and report them clearly to the engineering team
Communicate updates and fixes back to clients
Help clients understand and adopt new features as they are released
Maintain clean records of onboarding progress, client status, and issues in the CRM
Work closely with the onboarding team lead and other onboarding specialists
Key Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or client-facing roles
Experience working with non-technical clients (real estate, sales teams, small business

Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and organizing data

Experience working with or learning AI tools, automation, or prompting

Comfortable troubleshooting issues and communicating with technical teams
Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING
