- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Probe AI systems with challenging, adversarial, and edge-case inputs to uncover unsafe behavior
- Identify harmful, inappropriate, or unexpected AI outputs across a range of scenarios
- Document safety issues clearly with examples, context, and explanations
- Rate AI responses using structured safety and helpfulness evaluation rubrics
- Follow red-teaming protocols and contribute to ongoing safety testing efforts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
