About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our operational and business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the digital transformation of our logistics solutions. The Web Developer will be responsible for creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and staying abreast of emerging web development trends and technologies. This role initially operates remotely from India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period, to support onsite deployment and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript and PHP frameworks. A solid understanding of databases and experience with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN are essential. Familiarity with web server environments like Apache or Nginx, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, is highly desirable. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Additional familiarity with OCR frameworks, system testing, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines will be advantageous. Candidates must also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a keen interest in automation, AI, and innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services that align with business and operational goals, ensuring high performance and adherence to best coding practices.
• Collaborate with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure visual consistency and optimal user experience across applications.
• Document product specifications, technical procedures, and project progress for transparency and future reference.
