Job Description
About WeTravel
WeTravel is the operating system for travel organizers. A single platform to manage payments, reservations, itineraries, and now their entire web presence. We're on a mission to help travel businesses grow, and we're building the team to get there.
The Role
We're looking for a Website Specialist to join our growing sites team and help us deliver polished, conversion-focused websites to our organizer clients. You'll own the build process end-to-end — from pulling in client assets to running the launch call — using our Duda-powered website platform and WeTravel's data sync tools.
This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and client communication. You'll need to think creatively on the fly, troubleshoot design challenges as they come up, and take pride in delivering sites that make organizers proud.
What You'll Do
- Build professional, on-brand websites for travel organizer clients using our Duda-powered platform and WeTravel templates
- Gather client assets (logos, photos, copy) via email coordination and intake workflows
- QA trip data synced from WeTravel into Duda, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency
- Troubleshoot and creatively solve design challenges as they arise during the build process
- Run client-facing launch calls via screenshare, walking organizers through their live site and guiding domain migration
- Maintain quality standards across all site builds — SEO basics, mobile responsiveness, and conversion best practices
- Contribute feedback on templates, processes, and tooling to help the team scale

- Comfortable working with clients via email and video calls to collect assets and launch the final product
- Resourceful problem-solver: when a design challenge comes up mid-build, you figure it out
- Highly organized and self-directed; Fully remote role requires strong async communication skills
- Comfortable working within templates and design systems without reinventing the wheel
- Duda platform experience — this is a significant plus
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices (on-page optimization, structured data, site speed)
- Basic comfort with APIs and how data flows between connected platforms
