Full Stack Engineer (React + .NET + SQL)

Role Description

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer (React + .NET + SQL) for a full-time, fully remote role, working directly with foreign clients in the UK and US.

This position requires close, day-to-day collaboration with overseas stakeholders and senior technical leaders based abroad (primarily UK nationals). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade web applications, contributing across both frontend and backend systems, and participating in technical discussions, reviews, and solution design with international teams.

Working hours are aligned with the UK timezone: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM Sri Lanka time

While the role is fully remote, our main office is located in Colombo 5, and you are welcome to work from the office if preferred. All required laptops and equipment will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, .NET, and SQL.
• Work directly with UK and US clients, including participating in calls, discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Collaborate closely with senior technical leaders abroad to implement robust, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high software engineering standards.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical implementations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of demonstrable professional software engineering experience (more experience is strongly preferred).
• Strong proficiency in React, modern frontend development practices, and CSS.
• Solid backend development experience using .NET technologies and SQL databases.
• Proven full-stack development experience in real-world, production environments.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently and efficiently communicate with foreign clients.
• Experience working with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with remote teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud technologies is an advantage.
