We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in Marketing & Sales analytics within the pharmaceutical industry to join an international, business‑critical project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models to support pharmaceutical marketing and sales use cases
- Perform advanced sales performance, segmentation, targeting, and forecasting analyses
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for commercial and marketing teams
- Apply statistical modeling and analytical techniques to drive business decisions
- Perform data wrangling, transformation, and feature engineering
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines
- Work with multiple databases and data sources (strong SQL and data modeling knowledge)
- Collaborate closely with international analytics, marketing, and sales stakeholders

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist in Pharma Marketing & Sales Analytics
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid experience with pandas, NumPy, and related data analysis libraries
- Strong foundation in statistics and analytical modeling
- Experience with data manipulation, large datasets, and ETL processes
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL and general database concepts)
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically in:
- Marketing analytics
- Sales analytics
- Commercial performance analysis
- Experience in FMCG or e-commerce may be considered
