Senior Product Manager | £400/day | 4 days/week | Fully Remote | 12-month contract
I'm recruiting for a Senior Product Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The role
You'll own the product process end to end: backlog, roadmap, delivery, analytics, and user research. You'll work directly with the CEO and be the connective tissue across clinical, commercial, and engineering. It's a high-trust, high-ownership role. The #1 challenge is engagement and retention across three product verticals. That's what you'll be focused on solving.
What we're looking for
✔ 5–7 years of PM experience, at least 2 at senior level ✔ Proven track record of moving retention and engagement metrics in a consumer mobile app — with specific numbers to point to ✔ Analytically strong — comfortable building dashboards in PostHog or equivalent ✔ Strong user research skills (qual and quant) ✔ Startup-ready — proactive, adaptable, self-directed ✔ Genuine passion for women's health
