Recruiting a Growth Marketing Specialist for a permanent position. Resumes to ligia.padilla@fastdolphin.com
Growth Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote in Latin America (Mexico or Colombia)
Start Date: June 2026 or later, but within 2026
Duration: Permanent
Language: Conversational English
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Specialist who executes. This is not a strategy-and-delegate role, you will own the day-to-day operation of our inbound marketing function directly: building campaigns, publishing content, managing email programs, maintaining CRM data, and keeping our paid media reporting accurate. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and be the primary driver of inbound execution as we build this function from the ground up. If you are looking for a team to hand work off to, this is not the right fit. If you thrive doing high-quality work independently in a lean environment, it is.
Compensation
The compensation package is competitive for Growth Marketing roles across Latin America markets and will vary depending on the candidate's location and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing day-to-day inbound marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content distribution channels.
- Managing email marketing programs: newsletter production, lead nurture sequences, list segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Scheduling and publishing social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X; managing community engagement and monitoring brand mentions.
- Supporting paid media execution by tracking campaign spend, pulling performance reports, and flagging anomalies to the Director of Marketing.
- Repurposing existing content (blog posts, case studies, reports) into short-form social posts, email snippets, and other distribution-ready formats.
- Maintaining CRM data hygiene: accurate contact records, lifecycle stage updates, and coordination with the sales team on lead handoff processes.
- Building and managing landing pages for lead magnets and gated content offers.
- Coordinating asset production for campaigns, including liaising with design tools (Canva) and providing creative direction for templates.
- Contributing to the development and documentation of SOPs and marketing playbooks for repeatable processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on key inbound KPIs: traffic by source, email open and click rates, social engagement, and lead volume.
- Staying current on best practices in B2B inbound marketing and surfacing relevant opportunities to the team.
