A growing 30-person Dublin-based recruitment business specialising in construction talent is investing heavily in AI to transform how it operates. With a strong foothold in a fast-paced, supply-constrained market, they are focused on using AI to automate manual processes, increase speed, and improve candidate and client experience. The business is scaling quickly and offers a genuine opportunity to embed AI at the core of operations.


This is a newly created, high-impact role where you will define and execute the company’s AI roadmap. You’ll combine strategy with hands-on building, delivering real systems that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and unlock commercial value.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered automation across recruitment workflows

• Build LLM-based tools for CV screening, outreach, and candidate matching

• Develop chatbots and agentic systems to enhance candidate experience

• Integrate AI solutions into ATS/CRM systems and APIs

• Own the AI roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases and ROI

• Deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to production deployment


Key Details

• Salary: €90,000–€120,000 + performance-based bonus

• Working: Onsite in Dublin (3–5 days/week)
