We are looking for a QA Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of a digital membership card solution that allows users to receive, store, and access digital cards seamlessly—similar to how ticketing platforms deliver passes directly to a user’s phone wallet.
In this role, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end functionality across web and mobile-friendly experiences, ensuring that digital cards are generated, delivered (via email or SMS), and accessed without issues. You’ll work closely with developers and stakeholders to identify bugs, improve usability, and guarantee a smooth user experience.

Perform Manual Testing – Execute test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance of the platform.

✅ 3–4+ years of experience as a QA Manual Tester.
✅ Strong experience designing and executing test cases.
✅ Experience testing web applications and mobile-responsive platforms.
✅ Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
✅ Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
✅ Experience with API testing (basic level is a plus).
✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
✅ Excellent communication skills for documenting and reporting issues.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage testing priorities.
