Junior Art Director - JAD / Art Director (Advertising/Design/Social)

This is a fully remote role and opened ONLY to candidates from Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Are you a visionary creative with a deep understanding of social media platforms? Do you thrive on turning innovative concepts into captivating visuals, even under tight deadlines? We're looking for a JAD / Art Director who can bring brands to life through compelling storytelling at The Idea Lab Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop impactful ideas adaptable across various platforms.
- Produce visually stunning content while managing project timelines effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, both within and outside the Creative department.
- Provide editorial support to align 'big idea' concepts with fast-paced content needs.
- Supervise junior creatives on relevant projects, ensuring alignment with creative standards.

Requirements:

We're seeking a candidate who excels in the following areas:

• A creative with a strong visual acumen in photography, design & Art Direction. Up-to-date with social and cultural trends.
 
• Exceptional skills in crafting compelling and clear presentations to showcase creative work.
 
• Adept intuitively and diplomatically engaging with clients and colleagues, with a keen ability to think on your feet.
 
• Beyond fulfilling the job description, you're proactive in identifying opportunities, advocating for art direction, and championing innovative ideas.
 
• Motion Graphics: While not mandatory, proficiency in motion graphics will be advantageous.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in art direction within advertising / social media agencies.

• Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit that fosters trust and synergy across all agency departments.
