Remote IT Support Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for end users across a variety of systems and platforms. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring a smooth user experience in a fast-paced environment.
