Responsibilities
• Partner with manufacturing site leaders to execute core HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent development, talent acquisition, and compensation.

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, supporting workforce planning, change management, and associate engagement.
• Design and implement organizational and team development strategies within a matrixed operating model, including structure, staffing, and capability planning.
• Lead and support workforce reductions, employee relations matters, and compliance activities.
• Review and approve Workday transactions; ensure adherence to policies and employment laws.
• Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights using Workday, Excel, Visier, and Power BI.
• Provide HR support across multiple shifts, including off-shift coverage.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a Generalist role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting a manufacturing or plant-based environment required.

• Proven success working in complex, matrixed organizations and shared-service HR models.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to shift-based operations.
