Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Zoho Administrator for our client, a fast-growing, multi-entity organization at the intersection of education, training, and consumer brands. This is a full-time position based in Torrance, California. Hybrid and remote options are available dependent on location.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Zoho Administrator / IT Generalist to support and enhance a complex, multi-system environment. This role blends Zoho development, system integrations, and general IT support, requiring someone who can both build and troubleshoot across platforms. You will work closely with technical leadership to develop custom applications, optimize workflows, and support day-to-day IT operations across multiple business units.

- Administer and enhance the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, and Desk
- Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, and automations using Deluge and other tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Zoho workflows, integrations, and existing codebases
- Design and implement integrations between Zoho and third-party systems
- Support data management, system configuration, and process optimization efforts
- Provide day-to-day IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and configuration
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho platforms (CRM, Creator, Flow, etc.)
- Strong experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, and Zoho customizations
- Solid programming background (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Experience with API integrations and system-to-system data exchange
- Knowledge of IT systems, networking, and general infrastructure support
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including working with existing code and debugging issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This direct hire position offers a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with additional perks. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
