An international Life Sciences specialist is specifically seeking UK-based Division Managers to relocate and lead their contract functions in New York and San Diego. This firm has a proven track record of sponsoring UK talent and is looking for the disciplined, commercial fee-generation mindset found in the British agency market.

The Opportunity:

This is a leadership role for those who thrive on the business development side of recruitment. You will lead from the front, winning new client accounts and headhunting niche talent while scaling a team in the world’s most lucrative recruitment market.

The Requirements (Agency Only):

• Commercial DNA: You must be a proven hunter with a track record of winning new business and hitting personal billing targets.
• Leadership: Experience managing at least 2 agency consultants (Team billing £350k+).
• 70/30 Split: You must still be an active biller while managing your team.
• Location: Currently based in the UK with a genuine desire to relocate to the US.

The Package:
