Role Overview

QA Tech Xperts Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its AI Testing and Evaluation Practice to support global clients building next-generation conversational AI systems.

We are looking for AI Chatbot Testers who can systematically evaluate AI-generated responses, identify quality gaps, and contribute to improving model performance across accuracy, safety, and user experience.

This role goes beyond casual usage of AI tools. It requires structured thinking, analytical evaluation, and the ability to simulate real-world user interactions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Test AI chatbots across real and edge-case scenarios
• Evaluate responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, and safety
• Identify issues like hallucinations, bias, and inconsistencies
• Create prompts to challenge and assess AI behavior
• Provide structured feedback and rate responses consistently

👤 Candidate Profile

Core Skills

• Strong critical thinking and analytical ability
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to break down responses logically and justify evaluations
• High attention to detail and consistency

Behavioral Traits

• Curious and inquisitive mindset
• Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
• Ability to handle repetitive evaluation tasks with precision

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Software Testing / QA / UAT
• Background in content writing, editing, or research analysis
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Exposure to prompt engineering or data annotation workflows
