What you'll do:
- Design and maintain automated test suites for our core automation platform and client-facing interfaces
- Test AI agent workflows end-to-end — from job board scraping to application submission to client notifications
- Catch regressions before they reach production and build systems that prevent them from coming back
- Work with engineers to define testability requirements early in the development process
- Build test infrastructure that scales as the platform grows — not just scripts, but a quality system
