What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute online and in-person events — webinars, workshops, info sessions, and client meetups
  • Own the full event lifecycle: concept, promotion, logistics, delivery, and follow-up
  • Work with marketing to drive registrations and with coaches to make the content land
  • Build repeatable event formats and templates that scale without requiring heroic effort each time
  • Track event performance — attendance, engagement, conversion — and improve based on what the data shows

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of events management experience, with a focus on online or hybrid formats
  • Is highly organized and stays calm when things go sideways — and they always go sideways
  • Can manage multiple events in parallel without dropping details
  • Is a strong communicator and natural coordinator across teams and vendors
  • Thinks about events as a funnel — you care about what happens after the event, not just during it

Nice to have:

  • Experience running high-volume webinar programs (50+ events per year)
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms — Zoom, Demio, Hopin, or similar
  • Background in edtech, career services, or B2C education
