Job Description
Responsibilities:
Global Mobility
- Develops and drives global mobility strategy, including international talent management, compensation and benefits, and compliance, to support business needs, and establishes governance frameworks and operating models.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders (i.e., management, HRBP overseas, local HR) to assess human capital risks and labor market conditions.
- Manages and provides advice on expatriate policies, including compensation and benefits program, performance evaluation, and salary adjustment processes, while ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Conducts expatriate policy standardization and harmonization to ensure consistent and effective application, while improving alignment across the group companies.
Workforce and Expat Management
- Leads international workforce planning, particularly long-term and short-term assignments across countries, to support business needs.
- Identifies relocation and localization requirements to ensure effective workforce management and support the development of employee capabilities.
- Manages and oversees end-to-end expatriate journeys, including immigration, cross-border tax and social security matters, other statutory requirements, and expatriate relocation and destination adaptation for expatriate employees and their dependents (if required).
- Liaises with external vendors, such as immigration and tax consultants, other service providers, and relevant host country authorities.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Thailand and host countries.

- Builds and maintains talent data, and drives process improvement and transformation initiatives through the effective use of data analytics and HRIS platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, HR, Laws or other related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of HR or related experience, with at least 5 years of experience in global mobility, and/or expatriate management
- Demonstrates strong understanding of, and capability in executing strategic global mobility programs.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of global mobility and expatriate management frameworks and practices, including cross-border tax, immigration, payroll, and compliance.
- Has proven experience working effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrates the ability to assess organizational needs, identify capability gaps, and develop effective solutions.
