Key responsibilities: provide end-user support, monitor system operations, design and deliver reports and dashboards, manage projects and integrations, and collaborate with IT and campus HRIT to leverage HR system solutions. Requirements: degree in Business Administration or 5 years HR/HRIS experience (or equivalent), at least 2 years HR systems support and reporting, strong MS Office, HRMS, and LMS proficiency, excellent communication, with preferred experience in Workday/Cornerstone/Kronos and HR Certification.

Summary
- Location: Los Angeles, CA
- Work Mode: 100% Remote Position
- Duration: 3 Months
- Assist in the administration of HR systems and programs.
- Recommend strategies for implementing new systems and provide input into the development and modification of HR department workflows.
- Provide support to end users throughout the enterprise for HR systems including HRIS, LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, and Document Management.
- Maintain daily operations and monitor all HR systems to ensure processes are functioning properly and timely.
- Collaborate closely with HR Systems team, IT, and Campus HRIT to support and leverage HR system solutions.
- Design and deliver reporting solutions to the enterprise, including system interfaces, ad hoc reporting, scheduled reports, and dashboards.
- Work closely with end users and SMEs to ensure data integrity and optimization within the LMS.
- Manage projects, system integrations, and upgrades.
- Assist with running reports, creating/maintaining spreadsheets to measure department metrics, and creating PowerPoint presentations for training.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 5 years experience in Human Resources, HRIS, or an equivalent field can substitute for the degree.
- Minimum two (2) years HR Systems support and reporting experience required.
- Project management or system implementation experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, HRMS, and LMS Systems.
