Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Data Scientist to extract insights from complex datasets and build predictive models that drive business decisions. This fully remote role involves working with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using data, machine learning, and statistical techniques.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
  • Build predictive and statistical models to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into applications
  • Create data visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment design
  • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy
  • Work with structured and unstructured data sources
  • Document methodologies, processes, and results


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R
  • Experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with databases
  • Strong understanding of statistics and probability
  • Experience with data visualisation tools
  • Ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
