Job Description


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Manager , We are a general trading and contracting company specializing in wooden and metal kitchen works, as well as home building materials. We are looking for a Commercial or Brand Manager in Kuwait, at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Strong leadership, business development, financial and administrative management, accounting software proficiency, and marketing skills are required. The candidate must reside in Kuwait with a valid driving license or have prior Kuwait experience enabling visa sponsorship. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring brand performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand positioning.


Qualifications

  • Experience in brand strategy, brand development, and brand management
  • Proficiency in project management, campaign planning, and marketing operations
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and consumer behavior
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in consumer goods, retail, or a similar industry is advantageous
