Reporting to the Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer with close partnership to Legal and Quality, the Hospital Compliance Manager will collaborate daily with the Hospital Privacy Officer to steward HIPAA compliance, privacy incident response, enterprise risk assessments, policy management, and workforce education; as a Healthcare Compliance Manager, responsibilities span OIG work plan alignment, billing and coding audits, Stark/AKS risk review, vendor and BAA oversight, data governance, cybersecurity liaison work, internal investigations, hotline/Just Culture triage, and Joint Commission and CMS Conditions of Participation readiness—all reinforced by analytics, optimized EHR tools, and supportive analysts and educators; the Hospital Compliance Manager will enjoy a collegial, friendly team of Magnet-caliber nurses and a diverse, inclusive network of clinicians and operational leaders committed to transparent reporting, continuous improvement, and patient advocacy.
