This role is a strategic and hands-on People Operations position at the center of organizational culture, leadership enablement, and employee experience. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, helping align people strategies with business priorities while ensuring a healthy, high-performing workplace. The position combines HR business partnering, employee relations, and culture development within a fast-paced, data-informed environment. You will lead cross-functional people initiatives, support leadership development, and shape programs that strengthen engagement and retention. A strong focus is placed on communication, emotional intelligence, and proactive problem-solving. You will also play a key role in improving systems and workflows through AI-enabled tools and modern HR technologies. This is an opportunity to directly influence how teams grow, perform, and thrive.
Accountabilities
- Serve as a strategic People Partner across business units, advising leaders on people strategy, organizational health, and workforce planning.
- Manage complex employee relations cases end-to-end, including conflict resolution, accommodations, leave processes, and collaboration with legal partners.
- Lead and execute cross-functional People Operations initiatives, including compensation guidance, policy development, and organizational change programs.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs, including leadership training, manager enablement, and employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate performance calibration cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment across teams while surfacing organizational insights.
- Oversee and develop the People Operations function, including mentoring team members and managing key HR systems, vendors, and workflows.
- Champion culture and engagement initiatives by identifying trends in employee experience and driving proactive improvements.
- Leverage AI, automation, and HR technologies to streamline processes, enhance insights, and improve operational efficiency.

- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or similar roles in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, and cross-functional HR program management.
- Proven ability to influence and advise leaders, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy, fairness, and sound judgment.
- Experience designing and delivering learning, leadership development, or culture-building programs.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., BambooHR, performance platforms, learning systems, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, driving initiatives independently, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and influence decision-making.
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve HR processes and employee experience.
