We’re a growing digital agency specializing in high-performing WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores. We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Front-End Developer who excels at both custom coding and modern page builders — and who is genuinely excited about integrating AI into their development workflow.

About the Role

You’ll build, optimize, and maintain beautiful, fast, and conversion-focused websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor. An eye for a clean, modern, and polished finish and knowledge of UX is important. Light design work with the help of traditional design and ai tools is important. This is a role for someone who loves clean code, great user experiences, and leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Key Requirements

• Strong WordPress & WooCommerce Experience: Deep expertise building custom sites with WordPress and WooCommerce (e-commerce functionality, checkout optimization, custom product pages, etc.).
• Elementor Proficiency: Advanced experience with Elementor Pro — building complex layouts, dynamic content, and custom designs.
• Coding Skills: Solid hands-on coding experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and jQuery. Ability to write custom code when Elementor or plugins aren’t enough (custom functions, theme development, performance tweaks).
• AI Enthusiast & Power User: You actively use AI tools in your development environment (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for code generation, debugging, optimization, and ideation. You’re open to experimenting with new AI-powered workflows to boost productivity and creativity.

• Minimum 4+ years of front-end / WordPress development experience.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, speed scores), responsive design, accessibility, and SEO-friendly development as well as technical SEO aspects.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools, and basic security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and customize WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores using Elementor + custom code.
• Create pixel-perfect, responsive designs from Figma/PSD mockups or client briefs.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile experience.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as needed.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and explore innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with our SEO, content, and design team members to deliver cohesive, high-converting websites.
• Maintain and improve existing client sites.

Position Details

• Fully Remote – Must be in Greece
• Evening Hours – Core working hours in the evening
• Part-Time – 20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours or a full-time position
• Competitive hourly or salaried rate based on experience and hours
