This is a fully remote position, but you'll need to be based in a timezone similar to AEST to ensure smooth collaboration with the team.

Your Mission:

• Design and build immersive, interactive websites with animation and thoughtful UI that enhance the user experience. (Our primary build tool is Figma and Framer).
• Take projects from strategy and brief through to final execution, maintaining a clear creative vision throughout.

• Develop visual direction, including colour palettes, typography, and overall aesthetic (no full rebrands or logo design required).
• Create strong layouts, components, and page flows that work seamlessly across devices.
• Communicate with clients throughout their project, ensuring clarity and a smooth, enjoyable process.

You have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing websites, confidently building interactive, animated, and polished digital experiences.

• Experience in Framer or Figma (Framer experience is strongly preferred — but if you're a strong Figma designer, we'll support your transition to Framer).

• Strong UX fundamentals, with the ability to apply them creatively and adapt patterns when it genuinely enhances the user journey.

• Experience in a fast-paced digital or agency environment, collaborating with teams, managing priorities, and keeping projects on track.

• A sharp eye for detail, ensuring every interaction, animation, colour choice, and typographic decision supports (and elevates) the project's strategic direction.
