About the Role
This is not a siloed DevOps role.
👉 You’ll work closely with engineers, product, and quality teams
👉 You’ll own and improve the deployment, observability, and delivery pipeline
👉 You’ll help the team move faster and ship more reliably
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Optimise deployment workflows across environments
- Build and enhance observability, monitoring & alerting systems
- Reduce manual steps and improve reliability across infrastructure
- Work closely with engineers to improve delivery speed and system health
- Help define and track key product and system metrics
- Contribute to code where needed (Python or similar)
