Salary: ¥7,200,000 – ¥12,000,000

The engineering team is highly global, with members from 20+ countries and English widely used across teams.

What You’ll Do

AI Product Development

• Build and deliver AI-powered features for SaaS products

• Develop prototypes tailored to client use cases

• Implement generative AI solutions including RAG and fine-tuning

• Select models and design multimodal AI systems

Full-Stack Development

• Develop frontend applications using React and TypeScript

• Build backend systems using Python and Flask

• Design scalable APIs and data flows

• Work across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Project Delivery

• Work in agile cycles from PoC to production

• Improve performance and accuracy of AI systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of full-stack web development experience

• Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and React

• Experience building both frontend and backend systems

• Fluent Japanese for stakeholder communication

Nice to Have

• Experience building and operating production services

• Cloud experience with AWS or GCP

• Experience leading development, code reviews, or architecture decisions
