Job Description


Role: Sales Development Representative

Hours: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM MST

Remote: Philippines | Latin America


Our client is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency headquartered in Salt Lake City. The company has been in business for over 7 years and currently employs 13 full-time team members. They specialize in helping home service and home construction companies grow their revenue through Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, SEO, website development, CRM systems, and content creation.


Their clients include roofing companies, HVAC companies, plumbers, general contractors, and custom home builders—many generating between $50M to $150M+ in annual revenue. The company is not a startup; it is an established, profitable, and rapidly growing organization.


The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to home service and home construction business owners across the United States. Their primary goal is to connect with decision-makers, generate interest in our client’s services, and schedule qualified appointments with the company’s senior Account Executives.


Responsibilities

  • 200 cold calls per day (minimum)
  • 3-4 quality appointments booked per day
  • Using our proven cold call script and talk track
  • Following up with leads via phone, text, and email through our CRM

This is a phones-up, high-energy, high-volume role. You will be on the phone all day. If that excites you, we want to talk.


Requirements

  • Proven B2B cold calling experience with specific metrics you can share (dials per day connect rates, appointments set)
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota consistently
  • Ability to handle objections on the spot — not with philosophy, but with actual word-for-word rebuttals
  • Baseline knowledge of digital marketing (you can explain what Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and a CRM are in your own words)
  • Clear, direct communication — you answer the question asked without rambling
  • Hungry. Motivated by money. You have financial goals and you will outwork everyone to hit them.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills


Strong preferences:

  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
  • Experience selling to small/mid-size business owners (SMB)
  • Job stability — you don't hop every 6 months


This role is NOT a fit if you:

  • Have never done outbound cold calling
  • Prefer inbound leads or warm outreach only
  • Are looking for a low-effort, low-accountability position
  • Can't articulate how you handle common sales objections
  • Are not motivated by earning potential and performance-based pay


Compensation

  • Base: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (top of market for proven performers)
  • Commission: Performance-based bonuses on top of base pay. The more quality appointments you book, the more you earn. Our top SDRs earn significantly above their base through commissions.


We pay for performance. If you produce, you will be rewarded. Period.
