About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer to join our fully remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that enables our AI and machine learning initiatives. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, DevOps, and machine learning, ensuring our ML platform is reliable, scalable, and performant. Your expertise will facilitate efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring, supporting our mission to deliver innovative, scalable solutions to our clients. This hands-on role requires a proactive approach to developing pipelines, managing containerized environments, and implementing CI/CD strategies for seamless ML operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or MLOps roles
  • Proficiency in Python programming and building production‑grade systems
  • Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools such as MLflow or similar
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of system design, APIs, microservices architecture
  • Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable ML infrastructure supporting model training, evaluation, and deployment processes
  • Develop and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Build and manage distributed training pipelines and orchestration workflows
  • Implement and oversee ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow for experiment tracking and reproducibility
  • Manage production inference systems, including NVIDIA Triton Inference Server
  • Design low-latency, high-availability model serving architectures
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment, version control, and rollback strategies
  • Build and maintain data pipelines integrated with Snowflake and related data systems
  • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms for system health, model performance, and drift detection
  • Collaborate closely with ML Engineers to enhance developer experience and accelerate project delivery
