Your primary mission will be to turn the potential of our portals into tangible results. You will be the face and the engine driving the organization's growth.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a global team of volunteers, including a group of 20 professionals worldwide.
  • Business Development: Increase sales and close strategic cooperations with companies and sponsors.
  • Commercial Vision: Transform social products into attractive models for investors, ensuring reinvestment into our causes.

💵 The Compensation

You will receive payment for your efforts, initially in the form of commissions. If you achieve the defined KPIs, the doors will open for a monthly salary and assistance to relocate to Switzerland.

📋 Mandatory Requirements
  • Availability: Minimum of 15 hours per week for 6 continuous months.
  • Location: 100% remote work.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in digital and computational tools.
  • Profile: We are looking for someone extremely responsible, capable of pushing others toward results, and unafraid of big challenges.
