Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions
- Optimize SQL performance through indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis
- Develop and maintain data models and database schemas to support analytics and reporting needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Support ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams
- Perform code reviews and enforce SQL development best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and production issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for database objects and processes
