About the Job

We are growing and seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our People Operations function. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth, consistent, and positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle supporting onboarding, HR systems, employee inquiries, and internal coordination.

This is a fully remote role with high visibility, close collaboration with senior People leadership, and meaningful impact on how employees experience the organization every day.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of the People team and help ensure smooth execution across key HR processes, including:

* Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

* Supporting HRIS data entry, updates, and system maintenance

* Assisting with payroll and benefits administration coordination

* Responding to employee questions and supporting the employee experience

* Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

* Supporting compliance-related tracking and documentation

* Helping improve People Ops processes and internal workflows

* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication across teams

* Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and general HR operational support


You’ll Crush This Role If You:

* Have prior experience in HR, People Ops, recruiting coordination, or administrative support roles

* Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

* Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy

* Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

* Have experience using HRIS or similar systems (preferred)

* Understand the importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information

* Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable asking questions when needed

* Enjoy improving processes and making operations more efficient

* Are comfortable using modern digital tools (and open to using AI tools thoughtfully in your work)
