Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a high-growth global EdTech organization into its next phase of expansion and sustained profitability. The CEO will hold full P&L accountability and drive strategic direction, operational excellence, innovation, and global market leadership.

This role requires a proven executive with deep experience scaling profitable, technology-driven enterprises—preferably within the EdTech or B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Key Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Required).
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification (Preferred).

Experience

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience.
  • Minimum 7 years in CEO or equivalent C-suite role.
  • Demonstrated success scaling technology-driven businesses profitably.
  • Proven P&L management experience across multi-region operations.
  • Experience growing revenue from $50M+ to $500M+ preferred.
  • Strong investor relations and fundraising exposure.
  • EdTech or B2B SaaS industry experience highly desirable.
