- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and applications
- Implement server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various frontend and mobile applications
- Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring seamless communication between systems
- Design and maintain database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
- Manage database performance, security, and data integrity across different environments
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Implement secure coding practices to protect against common vulnerabilities
- Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments
- Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with relational databases, including database schema design and query optimization
- Proficiency in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests
- Experience in writing and running unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements and environments
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations
