Our company is seeking a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry with extensive knowledge and experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning. The successful candidate will also be expected to serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related issues and will be responsible for MEP systems coordination, construction reviews, and technical design execution. This role requires delivering executive level reporting including financial forecasts and project performance updates. Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
3. Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
4. Coordinating MEP systems and ensuring that they align with project specifications and standards.
5. Conducting construction reviews and technical design execution to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
3. Extensive knowledge of MEP systems coordination and construction reviews.
4. Proficiency in technical design execution and project performance updates.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
8. Proficient in project management software and tools.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.
10. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
