We're Reach Realm. A remote performance marketing agency, 8 years in, team of 9, 40+ active DTC clients. We hire senior people and get out of their way.
What you'll own:
- Meta ad creative. Multiple variants per concept, built to stop the scroll.
- Email design in Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Campaigns and flows that ship and perform.
- Variation thinking on every brief. Same product, multiple angles.
- General agency design support. Landing pages and internal assets when client work demands it.

- You've designed long enough to know what variation thinking actually means in practice, not in theory
- A portfolio that shows that thinking. Multiple angles on the same product, not just hero shots
- You work best when you're left alone with a clear brief and trusted to deliver
Bonus: hands-on Klaviyo or Mailchimp template building. Extra bonus: motion or video chops (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut).
The setup: Freelance contract, fully remote, async-first. Up to 40 hours/week, open to part-time for the right person. Slack and Loom for the team. No daily standups, no status meetings.
