Job Description
Have you ever heard of emotion-informed UX testing? At Emhance (formerly Sensemitter), we decode player emotions and behaviors using advanced neuro-behavioral AI. Trusted by top gaming studios such as Mytona, Nordeus, and Scopely, we are building a next-generation platform that helps mobile game developers—and other digital product creators—test, optimize, and launch experiences that truly trigger the intended user reactions.
We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help us ensure that our platform, data flows, and user experiences remain reliable, intuitive, and consistently high-quality for our customers.
This is not a role for someone who only follows test cases mechanically. We’re looking for a smart, curious, and detail-oriented QA person who can think like a user, challenge assumptions, spot edge cases, and help the team ship a better product.
You’ll work closely with the Product, Engineering and Design to test features, validate user journeys, identify quality risks, and make sure complex behavioral and emotional insights are presented clearly and accurately to users.
What You’ll Do
- Own manual QA for key product areas, including web and mobile applications.
- Test new features from discovery through release, ensuring they work as intended and deliver a strong user experience.
- Review requirements, product specs, designs, and acceptance criteria to identify gaps, unclear logic, edge cases, and potential risks before development is complete.
- Create and maintain clear test cases, checklists, regression suites, and QA documentation.
- Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and acceptance testing across web and platform experiences.
- Report bugs clearly in Jira, including steps to reproduce, expected behavior, actual behavior, screenshots, videos, logs, and severity assessment.
- Verify fixes and support release validation before features go live.
- Think critically about the product and proactively suggest improvements to usability, consistency, workflows, and edge-case handling.
- Help build scalable QA processes that improve quality without slowing down the team.

- Strong exploratory testing skills, you naturally ask “what if?” and look beyond the obvious path.
- Good communication skills
