IT Support Technician
Remote | Full Time | £30,000 per annum + Exceptional Benefits

The Opportunity
As IT Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of IT across PiXL.
You’ll be the go-to person for support, ensuring systems, devices and users are well supported — while also helping improve how IT is delivered across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll work closely with both the IT & Cyber Security Manager and Business Applications Manager, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities while you take ownership of operational delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and prioritise IT support tickets (HaloITSM)
- Provide end-user support across Windows, macOS and mobile devices
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
- Support device management via Intune
- Manage onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access)
- Troubleshoot authentication issues (login, MFA, access)
- Support Dynamics 365 CRM users
- Liaise with MSPs and third-party providers
- Support cyber security best practices and data protection processes
- Handle IT-related licensing, subscriptions and invoices

What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in an IT support or service desk role
- Are confident with Microsoft 365 administration
- Can troubleshoot across Windows (macOS exposure a bonus)
- Are organised and able to manage a ticket queue independently
- Communicate clearly and take a customer-first approach
- Are proactive, practical and solutions-focused
Bonus experience:
- Dynamics 365 or similar systems
- Microsoft Intune / device management
- Basic cyber security awareness (MFA, access control)
- GDPR / data protection knowledge
- Working with MSPs or external providers
