Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis
  • Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
  • Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Continuously iterate based on data, feedback, and business priorities


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in product management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Product board, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team


Preferred Qualifications:
