In this role, you will help shape and elevate a global brand’s presence across key social media platforms through strategic storytelling and engaging content creation. You will be responsible for developing organic social strategies that build visibility, spark meaningful conversations, and position the brand as a thought leader in its industry. Operating in a fast-moving, fully remote environment, you will combine creativity with data-driven insights to produce high-impact content. This is a hands-on role where you will independently manage content planning, creation, and community engagement. You will also collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice. Accountabilities

  • Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok on a consistent basis
  • Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with brand and marketing objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and organic growth strategy development
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok platforms and their best practices
  • Ability to write, design, and adapt content for different social channels
  • Experience managing content calendars and executing independent content strategies
  • Strong understanding of online communities and engagement dynamics
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing hands-on content production
  • Experience in a B2B environment is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity in storytelling and digital engagement
