About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will take full ownership of HR operations and employee mobility processes in Cyprus. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing HR systems, driving process improvements, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, offboarding
- Own and maintain HRIS systems (data accuracy, updates, improvements)
- Support HRIS implementation and integrations (ATS, payroll, finance tools)
- Handle immigration processes in Cyprus (work permits, renewals, family permits)
- Coordinate employee relocation end-to-end
- Organize business travel (flights, hotels, logistics)
- Support employees with HR-related queries and relocation
- Planning and running engaging team events and team buildings
- Promoting and nurturing a strong, positive corporate culture

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Admin
- Experience with HRIS systems and integrations
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience with Cyprus migration processes
- Experience in relocation and travel coordination
- English (B2 must, C1 - nice to have) and Russian
- Work confidently and calmly with deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of immigration processes and residence requirements in Cyprus.
