Workday HRIS Analyst - Up to $135,000 (+10% bonus)
Fully remote (US)
I am currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Workday HRIS Analyst with strong hands-on experience to take ownership of a recently implemented Workday environment and drive ongoing optimization and enhancement for one of our clients that has recently gone live with the full Workday HCM suite.
You will collaborate across the organization to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement improvements, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while owning the Workday platform.

- Take full ownership of the Workday HCM platform, ensuring optimal performance and utilization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent & Performance, and Learning.
- Support and enhance additional modules such as Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Advanced Compensation.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to maximize system capabilities and user adoption.
- Build and maintain Workday reports (Basic, Advanced, Composite, and Calculated Fields).
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with IT teams on integrations and technical initiatives.

- 5 years of hands on Workday experience
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in Workday HCM.
- Experience with Core HCM, Talent & Performance and Learning modules.
- Workday reporting experience (Basic, Advanced, Composite, Calculated Fields).
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and guide stakeholders.
